Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis St. Louis, Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia gave her a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) in Communications and Theatre. Upon moving into Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theatre arts, acting as well as choreographing over a dozen musicals and plays like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera as well as 7 lead roles at LA's award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly started landing TV and film roles as she learned improvisation, and later became a Theatre West company member. Kelly's distinctive voice and petite stature have allowed her to play a variety of characters. She is known for her performance with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is most well-known as the bubbly bright receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a regular on TV The Land sitcom The Exes between 2011 and 2015. Kelly played Kelly as the paralegal by day and party hopper by night. In addition, Kelly played the sassy sister of Alyssa in ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stress-stricken suburban mom. She sang in soprano for many cartoons, including Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. The most recent appearance was that of the dim and adorable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC popular comedy Superstore. With her husband and their two children, she leads an unhurried life.
