Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she performed in The Muny Opera. She graduated cum laude from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theatre. After moving to Los Angeles, she became active in the theater arts as she began performing as well as choreographing over 2 dozen plays and musicals like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera in addition to seven titles parts in Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to secure roles in television and films as she studied improvisation in The Groundlings. A unique combination of her voice with her small stature enabled Kelly to come up with a diverse range of colorful characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts' evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the role of an attorney and a party animal in TV Land's The Exes as a series regular between 2011 and 2015. Additionally as being a Regular for the sitcom ABC Romantically Challenged where she played the sassy sexpert younger cousin that is Alyssa Miano. She also played the suburban mother who is anxious on CW No Tomorrow. Her soprano voice has been lent by her singing voice to several cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. The most recent appearance was as the dim and lovable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC hit comedy Superstore. Together with her husband and two children, she leads an unhurried lifestyle.
